  Use to be manager properly. Now, $59 in April gets you maintenance person that drags metal bars from behind his three wheeler along the cart path after he rakes the traps. Follows your group all over the front 9 and waves as he goes by with a big smile. Meanwhile, you have to back off of tee shots then reengage to your shot and hit a bad shot. You also get to do the same thing with the cart person, who on their first day on the job, is not instructed properly to stop the cart when golfers are getting ready to strike the golf ball. Then when you shoot a 102 as a 15.0 handicap the pro shop attendent has the wherewithall to tell you that nobody else is complaining and then to pass the buck over to the general manager on Monday. The beverage supervisor contradicts her statements with what the cart person tells you and tries to smooth you over with semantics. Listen up Swan Lake, when you charge that much money and don't provide decent customer service for the entire experience then don't ask "Why?" When your closing the front door for good!
